Dr. Juan Pocholo Cancio’s dream has always been to be happy, healthy and live life to the fullest. He has translated his dream into his first new office with a strong commitment to provide his patients with the best care and a beautiful environment to perform his dentistry. In 1993 after graduating from the University of the East in the Philippines, he practiced in his hometown and had a successful practice including family and friends in the Philippines and from abroad in the USA. After the 12th year practicing in his small office near his family’s home, he decided he wanted more and made the decision and move to America. Dr. Cancio moved here to the USA and was awarded his dental license in 2007 by the Dental Board of California, he spent the next three years at a large corporation practicing on clients he never really got to know well. He felt in order to really, fully enjoy the life and career he imagined in the USA, he would have to be his own boss and build a client base. Soon, after many months and hours of planning and searching for the right spot and the best location he formed and founded Everest Dental Care in Los Angeles in November of 2010.
Dr. Cancio enjoys immensely the opportunities available in the USA and looks forward to meeting you and sharing his experience and craft to enhance your dental hygiene. His enthusiasm, optimism and experience will help build a relationship with his clients that keeps them coming back for more! Dr. Cancio is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Los Angeles Dental Society and the Southern California Filipino Dental Society.
